Objective of the Program: The Project "Strengthening the SINAPH" aims to improve the effectiveness of the management of coastal marine protected areas of the project portfolio, through the following measures: i) Update the Planning Instruments of the Coastal Marine Protected Areas (MCPA); ii) To put the basis for the management, monitoring and evaluation of the MCPAs; iii) Training to co-managers in financial planning and administration; iv) Implementation of the Management Plans of the MCPAs and v) Carry out the monitoring and evaluation of the management effectiveness of the MCPAs. The project will be executed under the form of payment by results.

Required Consulting Services: The Consulting Firm will provide advisory services and own inputs to the Executing Entity Project (EEP), in relation to operational planning, conceptualization processes, as well as technical, methodological, administrative, financial assistance, monitoring and follow-up of tasks related to the Project etc.
